FAQ

My excess water bill seems very high, how can I tell if I have a leak?

It’s possible you have a leaking pipe outside your house – either a slow leak or a fast one - so the first thing to do is check for wet areas around the house. If that doesn’t seem to be the issue, the next step is to check your toilets for water leaking into the bowl and the cistern constantly refilling. If you turn off any noise and listen, you may be able to hear dripping or running water from the effected taps or pipes.
